FOUR DAYS LATE

Times you feel there's no reply to your prayer
Days and months went by without an answer
The clock kept on ticking as you kept waiting
Just staying put in two minds almost fainting

Friends, I have a story to apprise you today
For mates who yearn for the momentous day
But doubt if that could come true or perhaps not
A tale about the power of persisting and whatnot

“Once there were two sisters having a brother
The boy perished ending his mortal's chapter
There was also a man who can do everything
But absent as the dismal sisters keep waiting”

“Maybe the woeful sisters already lost hope
In pain and desolation finding it hard to cope
Then the Miracle Man arrived late it seemed
Past four days but the boy stood up redeemed”

Please just hold onto your faith and dreams today
Maybe you're on the first day or the second day
Or on the third day striking the fourth in no time
He may be four days late but He's always on time.
