One by one we dug their graves
Our fallen heroes in caskets
Each for freedom, a step closer to victory.

Seven months of suffering,
The wait is over
And we can now lower you down
To your roots, to your own earth.

A mournful celebration for you
Mournful for your supreme sacrifice,
Celebration for the hope you give us;
A hope for a better tomorrow.

For you, I’ve taken an oath:
To not let your blood go in vain,
To embrace Zalengam with my life.

you bravehearts had laid down your lives Today!
