Zero Christmas feeling I carry this season
For reasons I've become a troubled person
Joylessly melancholic as I recall memories
Good old days those hand me sad poetries.
Silent and shut stands numerous churches
‘Out Christmas songs as many turned ashes
Churches memberless many and pastorless
In bunkers some as many camped homeless.
Incomplete and broken families everywhere
Longing for the gone loved ones to be here
For their missing kin to be found some pray
From Home and family members some away.
No Christmas feasts and gifts and shopping
Nay Christmas Carols but everyone sobbing
For they've lost the energy to move forward
A surprise isn't that PTSD strikes us so hard.
Loaded my head with these things every day
Thus not offering you a room to live but today
Yes, this manger-like heart I open it all to you
Saying, “Baby Jesus, I am sorry. I love you”.
