It always happens in life that we love something, some place or some person
and want to live the whole remaining life with that only.
But, it is never possible. Change is a vital element of life and we have to accept it.
My ghetto street, New Lambulane Vangkho
Located in the East side of Imphal
Popularly known as the Heart of Imphal
A place where I was brought up and learn
Now vanished with burnt up and flame.
I felt sorry that I couldn't safeguard my street
Memories in the street will lingered forever
Though I may fled to some other place
I do not expect to see the same street as New Lambulane Vangkho
Oh! how much fun was it.
To roam around the 3 street of New Lambulane
It was nor too big nor too small
But a visitors lost their ways
within the magic streets of New Lambulane
It was then fun to line up for a grocery
Infront of Sudaman grocery store
But all those old fun time are gone
Turning them only into a memories.
Sometimes I wish I could just rewind
to the old days and press pause for a little while
The olden days, as we were a kid,
The time when our fathers and grandfathers
Gather in the morning at Mari puri hotel.
At time, it was the best puri ever.
As time passes by, locality gathering place had shifted to Tribal Market, where an old man to the children enjoyed eating puri there.
The nostalgic memories was the excitement we had
When the time of TYC day had drawn near.
It was fun then.
The sounds of those churches bell rings
The sounds of those carol in the street during Christmas still remains in my ears.
Oh! how i wish to called it back
No matter what happens
Some memories can never be replaced.
