My people, today may have been tough,
Tomorrow will be even tougher,
But, after tomorrow, we will see a beautiful sunshine.
Forget not, my people -
Fire tested gold but adversity tests brave man.
Let no adversity weigh us down to fall!
But, rise even much higher than before.
My people, today may have been stormy,
Tomorrow will be even worse,
But, after tomorrow, we will see a spectacular rainbow,
Sometimes, ride we must, through the storm,
To find the rays of hope beyond the storm.
Fear not, of the storm, for it's just a distraction,
To kill a lion, why must we fear the wolves.
My people, remember this world is ruled only by
Those who stood their ground fearlessly tough,
Even when the situations are totally against them,
When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
Toil hard we must, for getting a better harvest,
As April showers brings forth May flowers.
As we sow so shall we surely reap, there's no other easy way.
My people, let's never give up defending our land,
The land where our fathers alongwith their fathers were laid,
Where the fairest lilies bloomed extensively upon her.
One day, not far from now, we will sing and dance victoriously
With the fireflies under the silver moonlight,
In tune of the chirping sparrows and flowing rivers,
To the fullest of our minds in the wildest dreams.
