WE NEVER SAID GOODBYE

Mom, I have left this hometown when the rooster crows.
When the earth's morning dew haven't wither yet.
When the village that passed across the streets is in deep slumber.
The roods were smooth but there wasn't any wears. I feel the terror, the footprints of the lifeless soul that were abducted and murdered cold blooded. On our way through I recollect my childhood memories.
The time I was seven. When we use to play nearby the village river.
Until the sun goes down.
Running till our legs could carry around the green fields and meadows.
You told me a pen and book would change the world. Mom you told me mankind is the greatest gift of all. Endowed with love, wrapped with kindness, filled with humanity.
But you never told me humans are dangerous, cruel and callous. And some don't even have mercy upon the weak, the physically and mentally challenged.
No sympathy to the old aged neither to women. They regards women as an object to played with, to lay their hands on. Their womanhood are not respected either. They paraded them naked, stripped them apart, burned them.
From what I know and it is: Women are the most fragile soil on earth. Their soul must be crying in pain and hoping if atleast their lifeless body gets justice. Oh Mother, I couldn't save them.
People in power couldn't save them. That is why I must go. To defend our land. To stand against people who take pride in hurting women. People that are chicken-hearted.
And Mom let me remind you if I'm not there when the rest of my friends are back. If my seat is empty on our dining table at Sunday's dinner. Don't let your eyes rany tears
Because every drop would make me feel a little more guilty. For all the times I made you sad. Tell them every one of us that had passed.
Wouldn't suffice the pained our women suffered. Our sacrifices wouldn't comprehend the innocent souls that were slaughtered.
Mom when tomorrow storts without me. Grief if you will, but not for long. Because it would never be our lost goodbye. For I have left my heart with you. That love that's within me.
Shall reach you from the starts. You'll feel it from heaven And it will heal the scars.
