WE SHALL OVERCOME SOMEDAY

In the dimness our lost soul desperate,
Mind and heart longed for serenity and love;
Sadly justice hasn't been served till date.
Heaven's will, we suffer but look above
We shall overcome someday, deep we pray;
Chorus of heaven planned to celebrate
Earth may but never will heaven betray:
A day awaited, joy will culminate;
Everything's lost, still I clung on to hope;
Everything has a way out, I believe:
We want justice, high-ups do not cope;
We'll be rescued, we hoped, but they deceive;
All in all must have been taken away,
Nonetheless, we shall overcome someday.
